Opigno is actively maintained and both security and features upgrades are available.

Your account manager will inform you each time such upgrades are available, and coordinate with you. Our process includes applying the updates on dev environment, and then deploying to staging after our checks on dev are successful. Then you will be able to test on staging before deployment on production environment. Security updates will be applied within 24 hours after their publication on our website opigno.org.

Adaptive maintenance aims at upgrading or adapting your Opigno instance in order to comply with evolution of the environment, the base software, laws, policies, or to prevent some defects that could affect your platform in the future.

Any defect you may find on your Opigno platform will be corrected as soon as possible. We guarantee the SLA according to your needs
