Your account manager will inform you each time such upgrades are available, and coordinate with you. Our process includes applying the updates on dev environment, and then deploying to staging after our checks on dev are successful. Then you will be able to test on staging before deployment on production environment. Security updates will be applied within 24 hours after their publication on our website https://www.opigno.org.
