Methodology
We follow a more simplified, iterative methodology proposed by Micheal Allan in his book "2021 Leaving ADDIE for SAM." Our instructional design process follows three core phases:
Preparation
We collect all the necessary information for your project; this phase is similar to the analysis phase in ADDIE. During this phase, workshops are carried out in order to define the objectives, scope, and resources available for the project. Brainstorming, freehand drawing, prototyping, and wireframing sessions take place during this phase.
Iterative design phase
During this phase, we provide different prototypes to collect comments from different stakeholders. Prototyping makes the design process easier, and the collaboration process becomes more efficient.
Iterative development
Once the prototype and the final storyboard have been validated, the process moves into the development phase. We adopt an agile methodology where pilot feedback and evaluations are taken into account for subsequent development iterations.
