Video in slide not playing

Video that I have embedded in the slide is not getting played in windows Safari. It says "No flash player has been set up. Please select a player to play Flash videos". Is this a browser problem or is there any configuration that needs to be done. I have installed the jwplayer module and libraries, still there is no improvement. Any suggestions on how to solve this would be helpful. Thanks

Hi

Hi

I think that Acquia is for the server hosting.

The video should be hosted somewhere else (Youtube, JWPlayer, Vimeo, ...)

If it's only with Safari on Windows, I think it's a browser related issue. The player uses HTML5, with a Flash fallback. In theory Safari (except if it's a very old version) should be HTML5-ready, so Flash should not be required.

There is no separate video

There is no separate video hosting that's been done. It's getting saved only within the files folder and the default format "HTML5 video player with flash fallback" has been chosen for the player options.
