Hi Opigno
Currently when a new users signsup for an account the auto-generated email ends up in the spam folder. Is there a way around this? Is there a way to decrease the likelihood of this happening?
Additionally can one use a WYSIWYG for the signup emails to make them look more visually appealing, or is there a way to integrate this service with Mailchimp?
Thanks in advance,
Taimur
Hi Taimur,
Hi Taimur,
Do you refer to a cloud platform for the emails? If so could you try again and contact us directly if you still have the problem.
Regarding the format, it's possible to send emails with HTML format (it requires to implement the format as an email theme)
Best regards,

Hi Axel,
Hi Taimur,
Hi Taimur,
Yes it's possible to send through your own domain.
You should:
- go to configuration > system > site information and change the default email address
- go to configuration > system > smtp authentication support and enter the credentials for your mail server and the email to be used
Best regards,
Thanks Axel
Thanks Axel
Hi Taimur
Hi Taimur
I changed your SMTP to smtp.gmail.com and it seems to works better (there was previously a message "impossible to connect to smtp server")
You should now check the credentials (there is a "could not authenticate" error message).
Best regards
Thanks for looking Axel.
