Translation strings of left side menu

Hi! I just wanted to ask, if it is possible to translate the left side menu options? I was only able to find "Messages" in the translation strings. I could not find any strings for "Training Catalogue" or "My Courses" in "admin/config/regional/translate/translate". Hi, you can translate it on Structure->Menus->Main menu. This strings are menu link titles.
