We are having trouble with ensuring that slides update to show the latest versions of content. Very often changes are lost and an older version displays. Please can you tell me what the correct process is for ensuring that content saves properly and that latest versions are accepted and displayed? It would be good to understand how the 'update' column on the 'manage questions' page works, and when this should be used.

Maybe what happens for you is that if you have already started a lesson, you won't see the new version of slides until you have finished the lesson and started it again.
This is made to ensure consistency for students having already started a lesson. Students starting the lesson will for sure see the latest version of its content.
Could you check if this solves your problem?
