Error during installation

While installing opigno 7.x-1.15 I'm getting a warning saying " Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in user_permission_get_modules() (line 3041 of /home/mymockin/public_html/opigno_lms-7.x-1.15/modules/user/user.module). I ignored the warning and went ahead with the installation. Installation finished successfully. However, I got another warning on the installation successful page: Notice: Undefined index: name in system_requirements() (line 34 of /home/mymockin/public_html/opigno_lms-7.x-1.15/modules/system/system.install). Notice: Undefined index: version in system_requirements() (line 36 of /home/mymockin/public_html/opigno_lms-7.x-1.15/modules/system/system.install). Is there anything I need to change or these warnings can be ignored.
