To enable Clean URLs, under Configuration, it's loading via url https://youropignoserver.com/?q=admin/config/search/clean-urls
which will bring up "Clean URLs cannot be enabled."
but when changing the url to https://youropignoserver.com/admin/config/search/clean-urls you get the check box to "enable clean URLs"
FYI - Server pre-requisites for clean urls, setting up rewrite https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/configuring-clean-urls/enable-clean-urls
please add to manual and if possible change the "clean URLs" link in future releases :)
