Buy courses for other users

We want to use Opigno to sell courses as a B2B-company. Therefore we want our clients to be able to buy multiple instances of a course at once for their employees. This means that we create the courses. Our client has one account with special roles that allows him to create accounts for his employees. If he decides that he wants to use one of our courses to train his employees he can buy for example 200 instances of a course and give 200 of his employees access to them. So is there a way to buy courses for other accounts in opigno?
