What information is available via SCORM or Experience API (TinCan)?

Developing Opigno
We would need to get all possible information back to Opigno about what students are doing. Not only if they pass certain SCORM package, but also what they answered to each question etc. (to be able to find out what questions are hard in general and so on). Is there any difference between using SCORM or Experience API for getting this kind of information? We are able to use good amount of development time for this (and probably buy some), so answers appreciated even if Opigno doesn't support everything yet.

Developing mobile application for offline usage

Are there currently plans for making it possible to use Opigno or some part of it via mobile application? For example: using TinCan (or SCORM) packages offline and then syncing the results to Opigno when the device is online again?

There are existing solutions with proprietary license that can be integrated with Opigno.

But there is not such feature directly integrated in Opigno (yet).
