Write new message will not load recipients

Hi guys, thank you for this wonderful LMS. I'm setting up Opigno for my school, but I'm stuck, I'm getting a strange problem when I try to send messages to classrooms, when I choose the recipient under Courses and Classes (for example Classroom 1) I get the throbber loading with Please wait and nothing will be loaded. Someone knows why it happens? Thx Luke
