Hello, First up, I have installed opigno and love it, but for this problem. I have uploaded some videos in my course. Now they display when I got to the videos section. But when I try to embed them in a lesson the video browser looks empty. Here's a screenshot depicting the problem http://s23.postimg.org/lgrbyfv4b/Video_browser_problem.jpg My guess is that the video browser is not looking in the correct folder and the path has to be configured manually to point to the correct directory. Can you please tell me how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sai.

Hi eagle338,

Hi eagle338, Are you trying to add the videos with an admin? Do you get any error in the browser console log? Best regards

Yes I am logged in as admin

And no I do not see any error messages. I can see the videos embed when I go to the course videos section. I can also get the embed code from there and embed them manually. But when I look for them from the video browser, the browser looks blank as shown in my screenshot.

Hi eagle338,

Hi eagle338,

I see what is happening, the videos are only showing for the users who created them, can you confirm to me this is the case?

Best regards

No thats what I meant

I will be more clear this time. You see I upload a video, an mp4 file. When I go to the course section, there is a button called course videos right? There I am able to see the videos. But when I try to embed the video in the course description or course lessons, the video browser turns up a blank page. It does not show the videos at all. Not even to the admins. That is the problem. I can still see them in the videos section though. Sai.

Hi eagle338, i understood.

Hi eagle338, i understood.

What i was asking was, if the user that you are trying to add the video to the wysiwyg with, is the same that uploaded the video.

Has this user uploaded any video? Or the videos have been uploaded by other users?

Best regards

Yes

I am the one who uploaded the video and I am the guy trying to embed it in a course. I am logged in with administrator priviliges. I have created another account as a teacher logged in and tried again. But no luck.

Hi eagle338,

Hi eagle338,

Do you have js disabled on your browser? Can you try with another browser please? I think it is a js issue.

That page should not be empty even if you do not have any video.
