update error

Hello :) When trying to run updates I get an error page. In logs it says :- UpdaterException: Unable to determine the type of the source directory. in Updater::factory() (line 99 of /var/sites/i/[removed-by-me]/public_html/includes/updater.inc). Can I have some help please . Best wishes Martin

Could you try to change the temporary folder by going at: /admin/config/media/file-system
