Unable to load LMS API

On launching a storyline based course to Opigno I get the following error "Error: unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support." And it proceeds to let me debug. If I close the pop up, the stage area is blank. SCORM version 2004 editions 2 and 3. Java installed is update 45. I have tried republishing and renaming the files and uploading again with no luck. Any ideas?

Hello

Java is not required.

If you get this message it means that your scorm package isn't valid. You should check that it's scorm 1.2 or 2004 v3

Hi Axel... thank you for your response. However, if it was an issue with the scorm package then it shouldn't play on ScormCloud right? The courses are playing fine.
