Hi, Just starting out with Opigno so this may be a newbie issue. I have a course created by the admin user "Course 2" and added a user "teacher1" with Manager and Teacher roles on that course and Student Manager role at platform level. When I logon as teacher1 I see an Administration menu but it doesn't give access to Classes or Courses, I only see the Student Management options. Any ideas? Regards Andy

Is Permission Given?

Possibly you have not given permission for the Teachers role to access classes or courses.

By default Student managers

Hi,

By default Student managers do not have access to create or delete classes and courses. They only have the permission to to edit the ones they manage.

Best regards

Question: does adding a user

Question: does adding a user (with Student Manager role) to a course mean they "manage" it? If so then my user is a manager of the course and yet their administration menu has no course management option so how are they supposed to add content? Andy

Did you find your answer?

I notice that these guys do not really answer questions. Maybe I can help. What have you done so far? Show me screenshots (or video) of each step you made to get to where you are now. From there I will be able to see what you are doing and how I can help you.

Opigno multilingual subtitles

Hello everyone, Sorry for offtopic, but I really need help from someone willing to help us with this problem. We recently received a request from our client that they would like to enable the option of multilingual subtitles into their training videos, which they have on their internal site ( Opigno LMS 1.24.0). So far, we have managed to create a new video with multilingual subtitles, but we did not successfully connect video with frontend. We would need your help for the following items: 1. to link new videos (with multilingual subtitles) with lessons on the frontend, 2. The existing video files should be enabled for the title selection option (multilingual subtitles) In addition, it is necessary to keep video statistics usage statistics (which also have mini-quizzes as part of the overall training). This is not crucial, but if possible this stats would be great to save. Best regards, Srdjan
