SWF upload

Hi Support I am trying to upload a SWF Flash file using the WYSIWYG UI on a slide. Once inserted I can see a red box with the word flash written in it, but it doesn't show the actual flash course (it's an adobe captivate export to SWF file format). When I then save and view the slide I can't see the flash or the red box anymore Any suggestions where I am going wrong? Thanks in advance! Scott

Hi Scott,

Hi Scott, If you go to admin/config/content/formats/html and disable the wysiwyg filter, does it work? Best regards
Scott

SWF file size

thanks yes that has resolved it! (Actually there was also an issue with my SWF file that I created in Adobe Captivate) Is there a way to make the output display as the actual size as it is quite small in the slide. Ideally it would open in it's own full screen window, is that possible? Thanks again Scott

Hi Scott,

Hi Scott, In the wysiwyg after you add the swf file if you change the text format to "Plain text" you should see the code generated by the swf insert, check if it is setting a size and change it if so, after that change the text format back to HTML. By the way, the wysiwyg filter is there for a reason(security), i advise you to add a new text format and give it only to administrators and remove the filter on that one. Best regards
Scott

Thanks James. No settings

Thanks James. No settings were there but I am able to set the width and height as part of the config which increases the size, so thanks for that advice. Do you know if it is possible to open it in a new window?
