Storyline 2 course not playing in Opigno LMS

Hello All, I have Opigno LMS running in localhost. I recently published a course from Storyline 2 (SCORM 2004 v3). I can upload the SCORM package onto Opigno LMS but when i play it I get the following error: Exception: The node given is not loaded or is not a node. in _opigno_tincan_api_set_object_activity() (line 72 of C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wapcolms\profiles\opigno_lms\modules\opigno\opigno_tincan_api\includes\opigno_tincan_api.statements_func.inc) Surprisingly, earlier works published from Storyline 2 works perfectly. Any help is appreciate. Matthew

Hi Do you use TinCan ? Is your Opigno platform connected to a LRS?

Hello Axel, I wont be surprised if i have the configurations wrong, since i'm new to Opigno. Is there a step by step guide to set it up? I tried with SCORM cloud just to test it. Opigno saved the details all right but still it seems not to be working.

Could you just go to http://<your Opigno URL>/admin/modules 

and check if tincan modules are enables (just enter "tincan" in the search box ar the top) to filter the list

 

Then, if some tincan modules are enables, could you check at http://<your Opigno URL>/admin/opigno/system/tincan

if some credentials are entered for the LRS?

 

If yes to question one, and no to question two, then try to disable the tincan modules, clear the cache, and try again to play your SCORM package
