This is my scenario I want to create a class and charge for it as an inscription fee (done), then I want to sell the courses inside of that class individually. Is this possible out of the box?

Opigno was not designed to do exactly what you want, it was designed to sell either classes or courses.
Nevertheless, it should not be very complicated to tweak the default config (and maybe write a little custom piece of code) in order to do what you want.
