SCORM playback issues

I successfully created and tested Opigno 2.0 (PHP 7.1/ MYSQL 5.6) for a number of training modules but am struggling to get it working with SCORM content (1.2 or 3). I am using the examples available on scorm.com. The .zip files upload OK but I always receive the error "Not Found. The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server." I am not an expert user. Many thanks for any input. Mark

SCORM problem elaborated....

In fact I believe the issue is linked to the import of SCORM content as I get the following error: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.treeViewOpened=!1') Thanks for any input
