Hi, has anybody had any experience with scorm files from articulate rise not working in 1.27. If I test it in the demo online, the scorm plays (1.31). my install plays files from adapt and captivate just fine, and I know the scorms are just fine as they play and track in Litmos and Moodle. I get a not found error, at Url/sites/default..../scormcontent/0 If I browse to the directory, and open the extracted scorm directory, the files are indeed there, and open in chrome (index.html) and play perfectly. Any ideas, I am lost. thanks

I'm just a user, but it sounds like a permissions issue. I would verify that the scorm file can be opened and read by the web server account. Also, check the entire path to the file to make sure it has its permissions set correctly too.

Hi garthphilpot

Hi garthphilpot

Your should first upgrade to Opigno 1.31, there was a lot of SCORM improvements and fixes compared to 1.27.

Maybe it will fix the issues you are facing with Opigno 1.27

Moreover, there was some critical Drupal security updates released in the meantime, so it's strongly advise to upgrade.

thanks axel, is it possible

thanks axel, is it possible to update it without doing a full re-installation. I'm on ubuntu 16.04, with whatever the previous php, and apache requirements were.

Hi garthphilpot

Hi garthphilpot

Of course it's possible.

Just download the latest version of Opigno LMS (https://www.opigno.org/en/download).

Extract files, move then to your server like you would do in case of an upgrade of a classical Drupal website.

Run update.php script, and you are done.

Of course, like for any software upgrade, do a full backup before to be safe.
