Hi, After importing a package scorm (1.2 or 2004 it is the same ) , I have a beautiful page " access denied " in the iframe After hours spent on google, it seems that this is the scorm module that does not accept nested folders. Is it true ? Someone he had the same behavior? Thank you for your help.

Hi eva,

Hi eva,

Make sure the imsmanifest file is at the root of the zip file. You can just unzip the package and zip it back again if there is an initial folder in the zip.

Best regards

eva

Thanks James,

Thanks James, Yes the imsmanifest.xml is at the root of the zip file, I opened it and found that it was a 1.2 Scorm package. As Opigno deals with Scorm 2004 3rd edition, I chose another package of that version but still got the same problem : iFrame with "access denied" message. Permissions are ok. Really don't understand what's goin on Thanks for your help :)

Hi James, I have the same problem with SCORM package access

I have uploaded my scorm 2004 3rd package into a lesson, added me as a student to the course, but when I want to run the course I get an access denied message in the frame that should entail the scorm packaged content. The imsmanifest.xml is at the root of the zip file, as well as the html page to start the scorm content. -> I found also other streams from 2014 where you say that the zip folder must not have any sub folders. https://www.drupal.org/project/opigno_lms/issues/2302915 Working with different authoring tools, I have never seen any SCORM package without sub folders :-( Has this meanwhile been fixed?

Check the folder sites

Hi,

Ofc the scorm package can have subfolders. The only requirement is that the manifest file has to be at the root of the zip file. Any you cannot simply move the manifest around if there is a subfolder.

For example you zipfile has:

->Folder

->->Manifest file

->->Another folder

->->->Some files

If you move the manifest file to the same level of the folder and zip it again it will not work because the manufest file referenes other files based on its location

You simply have to remove the Folder at together. Just zip everything without that first folder.

Check the folder sites/default/files/opigno_scorm_extracted.

Check that the scorm package is correctly extracted in that folder.

May be a server file folders permission issue.

Best regards

Issue was caused by "<" in course name

Hi James, thank you for the help. I finally found out what caused the problem. The title of the zipped wbt (not the zip name) entailed a mathematical "<4" and this tag sign caused the problem. Now the SCORM packaged wbt starts correctly in Opigno. Best regards
