I was wondering if Opigno can generate school-like report cards (with the final grades) for students enrolled in several courses. Also if the software supports rubrics.

Opigno can generate certificates, you can include inside the grades obtained by a student.
Regarding rubrics, I don't know precisely how you would imagine to integrate them with your trainings inside Opigno (maybe you can tell me more, this is a subject that would be interesting to discuss) but there should be probably an easy way to support them within Opigno.
