Revisions and Reporting

I see where in the activities I can upload one and mark it as a revision. I am testing what's going to happen when we have a new revision on a piece of content. If I upload a new revision, have an account go through the new training, and then look at the statistics, I don't see a way to tell that they did the new revision. Can someone help my understand the revision process and how it functions with Opigno's reporting? Thank you!
