Redirect results page

Hello, I've been unable to find a great way to redirect from the results page (example url: /module/40/result/210). This is after a person completes a course, and it takes you to the results page. I don't think it's possible to do this out of the box with Opigno. And I don't see how to use modules like Redirect. Maybe entity redirect, because the previous and next buttons are forms. But whatever it is, it will have to be able to handle redirects. Thanks, Marc
