Question regarding Content Type

Dear All, I installed Opigno and would like to congratulate and thank the team behind this fabulous product. I have a few questions though: I have only two content types listed in the Add New Content Page. One is Basic Page and the other is Forum. I am looking for "Scale" type questions and am not able to find it in the Content Type Page. Am I missing something? Secondly, I create a course, a module and added an activity. Even in the activity choice I do not see any Scale type question. Can anyone help me find this for me please? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards, Tejovathi Team
