Hello Opigno, The rule "Give access to OG on checkout" is triggered as soon as an order is completed. When a user pays by cheque, the rule is triggered, even if no cheque has been received. Could it be possible to give access to the course only when the cheque is actually received ? Thanks

Hi PC,

You can set the status of the order to completed if they pay online, and set it to pending for example if they pay by cheque.

And you can change the rule to trigger on changing the status order to completed.
