Opigno H5P Powerpoint Presentation

Using this guide,https://opigno.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OUM20/pages/444465160/Prerequisites, I followed all the instructions to add this on both my Linux and Windows machines, however, the link for H5P pptx presentation doesn't appear on the windows machine. I suspect it's the ~.config folder requirement (there's no config folder on Windows), the folder I added was C:\Users\ipelengm\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice and I've set the permissions to Full Control for Everyone. I've also tried ProgramFiles\LibreOffice. Am I doing something wrong or is there anything else I can check? Thanks.
