No transcoder option

Good Morning All, I have what is hopefully an easy question and that I am just looking in the wrong place. Previously opigno had the option to select 'No transcoders' for videos. This option is no longer an option, has it moved has it been removed? I have tried getting ffmpeg working without success so far and I know using no transcoder worked previously. Thanks! EDIT: We have some errors on our install so starting from scratch seems to of resolved this issue!
