Hi rgarg333

As you might understand Opigno cannot ship with all modules existing for Drupal.

Have you installed the module and tested?

Yes, I have added Mathjax On a regular drupal site (vanilla distribution), it inserts a text format option (along with Text and HTML, another one called MathJax appears) however in Opigno install this is missing. This is preventing me from entering math equations

And you are trying this with user 1?

Is it a permission problem?
