installed opigno just looks like drupal

Hi all I have downloaded and successfully installed opigno on an internal webserver. I say successful as there are no errors, and any we had were easy to fix, however it looks JUST like a new out of the box Drupal install and nothing like the demo version. Read the manual, can't see that there was anything else I needed to do. I've gone for the cloud version to play with and its of course exactly what I would have expected. What have I missed?
