Install error

I am getting an error when installing Opigno. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home2/permison/public_html/part61.org/school/profiles/opigno_lms/modules/contrib/views/includes/admin.inc on line 3395 When I go to line 3395 I get the following code " if ($display->handler->defaultable_" What should be entered here?

Strange, I went and looked at

Strange, I went and looked at the install package version and found that there are roughly another 2000 lines to the code. The installed version ends at 3395. So it looks like my upload failed to copy the entire file for some reason.

Ok even more stranger.

Ok even more stranger. Now I get "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home2/permison/public_html/part61.org/school/includes/theme.inc on line 1242" Comparing the local file size and lines of code they are the same. Server is allocated to 256K so 71 bytes shouldn't be an issue.
