Hi,
We run our Opigno instance on the cloud under the Business Plan. We have been attempting to insert videos into slides within lessons. But the lesson slides fail to show the inserted the video and display the Access Denied error message.
We first installed and enabled the Video app. Then we created a new text format with the WYSIWYG Filter checkbox unchecked. The version of the CKEditor is 4.6.1.580bcaf. We were able to upload the video in MP4 format to the video gallery with video conversion bypassed as shown on this screenshot (https://tcrinc.com/screen1.png). The video icon even shows up on the video browser when we attempted to insert the video into the slide using the newly created text format (https://tcrinc.com/screen2.png). But the lesson slides still fail to show the inserted the video and display the Access Denied error message when we attempted to play the inserted the video from the lesson as shown on this screenshot (https://tcrinc.com/screen3.png).
Can you please give me suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
