Images do not display on the TAKE QUIZ page

Hello, I have been trying to figure out the following. I created some questions with images and they display properly, however when I add those question to a particular quiz the images do not display at all. If I take the quiz and then look at the results of my quiz the images do show on those pages. I kept changing the TEXT FORMATS setting with no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Johnny

You added the images to the body field or did you add a specific field in the question type?
