How to register moxtra app with Opigno?

Hello, How to register moxtra app with Opigno? I'm getting this message: "This Opigno instance is not registered in Opigno.org for using the Moxtra App. Use the Administration menu to manually register the app." I have no idea where to go to do this registration. Thanks!
