How to achieve something similar to Grockit.com?

Hi, I am trying to create a student study plan system like Grockit.com, where individual skills and overall study plan is mapped out, based on student's own assessment results and progress. I know Opigno has individual course results. But how do I coalesce everything in a graphical way, a la Grockit.com?
