Group management

Hi all, I installed Opgino, and it's working great. The client wants to have multiple groups be able to sign on and have their own list of courses to chose from. How would one accomplish this? Second part: is it possible to assign each group its own admin to manage the users? Best, Marc

Group Management

What do you mean multiples groups? In opigno, each student can log in and belong to groups (Classes). Then each class can have its own courses. Do you want the courses only to be visible to certain groups and not others? That is possible, by modifying Views (there is a catalogue view, which you will have to add a filter of only visible if belongs to X or Y group). You can assign a student to be class manager, and they will have admin access to those users...

Classes?

"Do you want the courses only to be visible to certain groups and not others? That is possible, by modifying Views (there is a catalogue view, which you will have to add a filter of only visible if belongs to X or Y group)." That's exactly right. Basically we want each organization to come in and manage each "Class" and its users. They won't be able to manage content, the courses will be a set number, but if they want to have members within their org sign up, then they will be able to add/edit users. I will give the view altering a try and see if that satisfies that functionality. Thanks for your help!

Altering the view

Hi asikuy, Do happen to know the name of the filter that will allow one to grate groups to view only the courses they are required to view?
