When I use drush up to update, It show the error message as below: Failed to check available update data for Taxonomy File Tree. [ok] Failed to get available update data for one project. [error] how to solve it? Matrix

If you are using the Opigno LMS distribution you should only update using the new releases of Opigno distribution.

Updating modules one by one can create heavy conflicts
