Hi I am going to build custom page to list out exam by courses for admin. The functionality is while selecting the course In drop down list have to show the all users who took that courses, enrollment date and Mark. Is there any possibility to achieve this n view instead of custom page ??

No this is not possible with only a view, it would require a little custom module to get all the required information.
