Error installing version 1.24

I have tried to install the new release distribution, however I am getting the following error. An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 500 Debugging information follows. Path: http://test.bramblepi.com/install.php?profile=opigno_lms&locale=en&opig… StatusText: Internal Server Error ResponseText: This occurs while installing or possibly directly after installing module no 61 which i think was h5peditor was installing just before the error message. When you click on errors page it completes the profile however no modules are installed after no 61 so no apps, classes, courses og groups etc.
