Error in Creating PDF when downloading it opigno 2.11

Error generating document: Failed to generate PDF: DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Tag article invalid in Entity, line: 93 This error appears when ever I go to achievements for a user and click download certificate. Can anyone please help?

Hello admin

Sometimes the error will say line 10 of the same file..
