Hi praveen,

Hi praveen,

It looks like it is expecting a commerce product types and it does not find it. There was probably a time out or not enough memory when installing the opigno commerce app.

Disable and uninstall the opigno commerce app. After that enable it again.

Should fix the problem,

Best regards.

Hi Praveen,

Hi Praveen,

But this connection time out is from the database?

What is the exact error you get?

Hi James,

Hi James, I am getting this error while disabling the "Commerce App" and also while installing the "commerce app" " Unable to serve this request Site temporarily unavailable. Connection timed out - please try again." If i refresh the error page once again then it is showing list of modules with a success message. Thanks

Hi James,

Hi James, I increased those params by using .htaccess , still i am getting the same error. One thing i noticed is it is working fine for 2-3 hours of time and again getting errors all of sudden means while enable/disable the modules the website is showing the same error. Thanks Praveen
