Documentation tool displays 'Default title'

Issue not fixed....

Hi guys I upgraded from 2.13 to 2.18 in the hope that this issue might have been fixed over the last 4 months. It does not appear to have been and it's a real showstopper for my use of the system. The documentation tool sidebar menu still displays "default title". The reason for this is that the Title field for the page that is added to the Documentation Tool is not displayed, so is never completed by the author. Im not seeing how i is hidden - some JS I guess . On the standard, non-Opigno HP5 Drupal installation you can enter the title field for each page added to the Documentation Tool and it displays correctly. If someone could even just point me at the correct line of code to fix this it would be a real help.
