The dashboard on the home page does not load. The logo keeps showing, but the blocks never load.
Opigno 3.0
Drupal 9.2.11 (also breaks the site if I upgrade to 9.3)
Php 7.4.26
Maria db 10.6.5
WAMP server

Fixed by downgrading drupal
