Connection Timeout when installing Opigno

Hello, I have been trying to install the Opigno LMS theme and keep getting connection timeouts. My hosting company removed all timeout limits, but this is still happening. I tried with version 2.11 and 2.10 with the tar.gz files. Can someone provide some guidance on how to get this uploaded correctly? Thanks.

You should not have timeout if all time limits have been removed.

At what step are you getting the timeout ?

What are the server logs ?

Timing out because a distribution, not a theme?

Hi, I think I figured out why it was timing out. I was trying to install this as a theme, but it is actually a distribution, so it probably didn't work for that reason. I am still having problems with the installation, but I will open a new ticket.
