Is there any way to enable a lessons / quiz to record a score that don't have it built in to provide one ie. h5p image slider?

With the pass rate setting to 0%, the lesson is showing as completed but with a Score of 0 / Average score: 0% (same under my achievements).
Enabling this would help avoid confusion and provide a clear feedback of completion.
