As an admin of Opigno 2, I need to be able to use the color scheme in Platon, as I did with Opigno/D7, but this capability is no longer presented. Can't find any info on this. Any suggestions?

This feature hasn't be implemented yet in Opigno D8 version.
You can either use CSS override field in Platon theme (to manually alter your colors from the interface) or extend Platon to add capability to manage colors (this is based on Color module).
