We are using Opigno with iMIS and I am trying to change the user's password in Opigno. It continues to give me the response that the email is used by another account. What am I not doing correctly?

The email address should be unique.
You should find the user accounts having the same email address and modify one.
Then you will be able to modify the account and change the password.
