Change site generated email notification content

Upon completing a quiz, (SCORM package in this case), the student receives an email with a link to http://[website]/user/quiz/[uid]/userresults. The email text is so poorly written (in English) that it needs to be updated. I don's see it here: admin/config/people/accounts where all the registration email text is located. Can you tell me where to make the text changes?
