Problem with uploading a picture

Hello I am brand new to this version of opigno. I am trying to upload a picture to my profile and other parts of the system but as soon as they are uploaded a broken image appears but not the picture I am trying to upload. I hope this is a new message and not a comment on the another message. I cannot find the usual new comment button Andrew
