can not install opigno chat app by missing dependencies

I install the opigno chat app, but get the error message as below: Opigno Chat App has missing depedencies (missing depedencies: ) How can I solve it? By the way, what is the real module name of opigno chat app? It seems not "opigno_chat_app". Thank you

Hi syneride,

That is very strange.

Please do the following, disable the opigno chat app as well as the drupalchat module. Uninstall both and remove both from the sites/all/modules folder.

Go to the apps page. and click install the opigno chat app.
